|UNIT the Robot|
|There are four different activities in UNIT the Robot.
UNIT can be controlled using the remote device.
You can select practice or program mode.
In practice mode, UNIT is controlled by pressing buttons for single-step actions.
In program mode, a sequence of actions can be specified. Press the 'click to enter command' button to insert the first instruction.
Once children are au fait with the control method, they can proceed to the other two activities.
You must help UNIT how to pop all the balloons (which are randomly positioned). This is done by touching each balloon with the candle flame. If a balloon is knocked, it will fall to the ground so cannot be popped.
You must help UNIT how to collect all the randomly-positioned apples in the net. If a balloon is knocked, it will fall to the ground so cannot be collected.
UNIT is a character in the "Number Works" CD-ROM written by Bill Bonham, Hans Rijnen and Mike Matson, and published by Sherston Software.
